BQ 6061L SLIM Review: is it worth to buy it? As the name of the model implies, the smartphone received a thin body, a USB Type-C connector and Android 11 Go. At the same time, it has a very democratic price, which at the moment is quite a bit considering the greatly increased prices for smartphone.
The design of the box is already familiar to us from other BQ models. But even budget BQ models are packed in high-quality cardboard with a beautiful print. Inside the box, we are waiting for a standard kit:

The body thickness of the BQ 6061L SLIM is only 8.5 mm. Weight – 166 grams. In terms of ergonomics and build quality, everything is fine.
And the body of the smartphone is completely made of plastic. The case back has a semi-matte finish in my case black, but also available in red, blue and cyan.
Also located at the back is a dual camera unit with flash and a fingerprint scanner. At the ends on the right are mechanical power and volume buttons, by the way they are well made, absolutely no backlash with a clear click.
On the top there is only a headphone jack, on the bottom there is a speaker with a microphone and a USB Type-C charging port.

But under the yellow film there is another transparent protective film, so for the first time it will be enough.
Screen
The BQ Slim 6061L has a rather compact, by modern standards, display with a resolution of 1560×720 pixels and an IPS matrix of fairly good quality, as for this budget. It is quite bright and saturated, has smooth rounding at the corners. In general, I liked the display.
Sound
If we talk about the quality of the speaker, then it is quite good, but it’s better for you to listen to it yourself. Although my microphone will not accurately transmit the music, it will still provide you with an overall idea.
Stuffing
In BQ Slim 2022, although not the most powerful, but quite a modern processor from Mediatek – Helio A22 is installed. 4 cores at 1.8 GHz, 12 nm and a PoverVR Rogue GE8300 video accelerator, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
Modest, but enough for an undemanding user. All applications will work properly, except perhaps the latest games like Genshin Impact and others.
The light version of Android 11 Go also contributes to the fast and smooth operation of the smartphone. I would also like to note that the BQ-6061L Slim is not deprived in terms of wireless interfaces. There is Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi with support for 5 GHz AC, and even GPS + GLONASS. However, unfortunately, there is no NFC module for contactless payment and support for OTG connection via USB.
BQ 6061L SLIM Review: Camera
There are two simple modules for 8 and 5 MP as a camera, as well as a front module also for 8 MP.
The main camera is suitable for bright photos in good conditions. Although, of course, mobile photography enthusiasts should take a closer look at the more expensive BQ models, there are plenty to choose from.
But the front camera shows quite well, it is much more competitive with other smartphones and produces good selfies and quality during video calls.
Battery
The BQ Slim has a 3500 mAh battery and this is quite enough for the smartphone to work for one day. If you continuously watch the video, then the battery will last for about 7-8 hours, which is not so little.
Summary
Having used the BQ Slim 6061L phone, I can say that this is quite a modern budget smartphone suitable for a lot of people.
It has balanced performance, high-quality display, expandable memory and modern interfaces. Unless there is NFC, but in this budget it is quite normal.
It really turned out to be very difficult to highlight the real flaws in the BQ Slim 2022 smartphone, because on almost all fronts it has either “Good” or “Normal”.
